Part-Time Assistant Coach – Romsey & Totton Swimming Club

Are you passionate about swimming and ready to bring your own creative coaching style to the pool?

Romsey & Totton Swimming Club is looking for a part-time Assistant Coach to join our team. This role is perfect if you want to combine it with another coaching position.

About the Role:
We’re not just looking for someone to assist—we want a coach with fresh ideas who can lead their own sessions. You’ll have the freedom to use your own drills and coaching style to create sessions that swimmers love and that help them improve.

Commitment:

• Around 4 sessions per week (2 mornings and 2 evenings).
• We’re happy to discuss and work around your availability as much as possible.
• Additional cover and support when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified to Level 2 Award or Swimming Coach Certificate.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and committed to swimmer development.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with athletes of all ages.
